Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or pediatric settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail for documentation and progress reporting
• Adaptability and creativity in addressing a variety of student needs
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to school-based therapy is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct therapy services across a range of ages and abilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success in both classroom and home environments
