Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure and certification
• Experience delivering school-based OT services for children and adolescents
• Familiarity with home health occupational therapy and teletherapy modalities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt to different environments and student needs
• Knowledge of IEP development and goal tracking for school settings
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and strengths using standardized assessment tools
• Design and deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough documentation for student files
• Adjust strategies as needed for in-home, in-person, and teletherapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all regulations and standards
• Foster growth in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
