Job Description
A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in Everett, WA, serving the educational needs of students aged 3 to 22. This onsite contract role runs through June 12, 2026, with the opportunity to continue into the 2026-2027 school year. The caseload includes approximately 70 students district-wide, supported by an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who has been with the district for two years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across a broad age range in a school setting
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress in line with state and district guidelines
- Contribute to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 70 students with support from a COTA
- No prior school-based experience required; training and guidance will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
