Job Description

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This role is based near Evanston, IL, working with early childhood, elementary, or middle school populations. You will deliver vital OT services in varied educational settings, making a real difference in students growth and achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IL OT License) required
  • Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings
  • Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy and onsite modalities
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school teams
  • Flexibility to work across different age groups (EC, elementary, middle school)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized OT interventions for students on your assigned caseload
  • Use evidence-based practices to promote students access to curriculum, fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Provide services both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
