Qualifications:
- Current and valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Oregon
- Experience providing OT services in schools or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, parents, and students
- Ability to conduct evaluations, write detailed reports, and develop measurable goals
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings
- Flexible, organized, and able to manage a varied caseload
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments to determine students needs and strengths
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions aligned with IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support classroom staff with strategies and tools for student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
