Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting students growth and independence! This full-time, in-person opportunity offers a contract position working 37.5 hours each week with a manageable caseload of approximately 30 studentsmost of whom are in elementary grades. Serve across elementary, middle, and high school settings with a focus on delivering quality occupational therapy services in a collaborative educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes and documentation
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse student caseload
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students functional abilities within the school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions and therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school district and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in occupational therapy
• Offer consultative support to staff and parents as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and participation
