Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
  • Strong experience in schools and/or home health settings
  • Proficiency in healthcare and teletherapy OT practices
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver occupational therapy services on-site, via home health, and through teletherapy
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
  • Participate in school meetings and provide staff education as needed
