Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Background or experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy settings
• Strong understanding of home health and broader healthcare OT practices
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and scheduling

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver OT services in-person within schools, as well as through teletherapy or home health models as needed
• Track progress, gather data, and adapt therapy approaches dynamically
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support educational and developmental outcomes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with state and district requirements
