Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for Colorado, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in school-based OT, with an understanding of educational settings
  • Proficiency delivering occupational therapy through teletherapy platforms
  • Background in home health or healthcare OT preferred
  • Comfort developing IEP goals, writing reports, and participating in meetings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct OT services in-person, in homes, and via teletherapy modalities
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each childs functional independence
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, family conferences, and professional development sessions
