What Were Looking For:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certificate
  • Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • Previous experience in school settings or working with children (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and varying caseloads
  • Commitment to supporting students in grades PreK through 12, as assignments may vary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' needs and develop customized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to help students achieve educational goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
  • Travel between assigned schools within the district as needed
