Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials for Maryland.
  • Experience working within school settingselementary, middle, or high school students.
  • Proven ability to deliver OT services via teletherapy platforms.
  • Previous exposure to home health and healthcare environments is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver equipped to adapt interventions to students unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services both in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support students educational goals.
  • Provide intervention for fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
