Job Description

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, adapting interventions to individual needs
  • Complete timely evaluations and create detailed reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Educate school staff and families on strategies to enhance student access, participation, and learning
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school policies and Illinois regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute actively to student success
