Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Valid educator license with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and onboarding steps
• Flexibility to travel between multiple schools for an itinerant schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to students ages Pre K through 22 years across assigned sites
• Assess and address functional, sensory, and adaptive needs in educational settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
