Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Valid educator license with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and onboarding steps
- Flexibility to travel between multiple schools for an itinerant schedule
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students ages Pre K through 22 years across assigned sites
- Assess and address functional, sensory, and adaptive needs in educational settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold exceptional care standards
