Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license (IL OT)
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and related documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services for K-12 students as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' sensory, motor, and functional needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support students within the classroom and across the school environment
• Document assessments, progress, and service delivery in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP and team meetings to provide professional insights and recommendations for student accommodations and goals
