Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Background in school-based therapy strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and educational documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseload for K-12 population

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress throughout the school year
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for every student
• Promote positive student outcomes through adaptive techniques and integration of therapy goals into the classroom setting
