Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children and adolescents

• Knowledge of IEPs and school-based therapy practices is a plus
• Adaptability working with various grade levels and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students functional abilities within school environments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation in academic and extracurricular activities
• Document services provided and progress toward goals in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help shape supportive learning environments
