A travel Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available in Edmond, OK, supporting school-aged children with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Travel between assigned schools within the region as needed, providing flexible and responsive care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet each students unique needs
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple school locations as part of job duties
