Youll collaborate with teachers and staff while providing essential therapy services to first grade students at two local schools. Sessions are conducted in small groups, fostering strong connections and individualized attention. What were looking for:

  • Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Ability to create engaging, functional therapy sessions tailored to young students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff and families
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling effectively

What youll do:

  • Provide school-based occupational therapy services to first grade students in small group settings
  • Assess students motor and sensory needs and develop goals to support their academic success
  • Collaborate with educators and families to implement individualized interventions
  • Complete accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
