Job Description

Step into a rewarding role providing direct occupational therapy support to early childhood students in a nurturing school environment near Edison, NJ. What Youll Do:

  • Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to early childhood students within the school setting
  • Support students in building fine motor, sensory, self-care, and foundational developmental skills
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
  • Partner closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school staff for a collaborative approach
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress over time

Required Credentials & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience working with young children or in early childhood settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to satisfy school district background check and clearance standards
