Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting students in Bloomington, Minnesota. This full-time role, spanning August through December 2026, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. Working with a 3:1 service delivery model and no case management responsibilities, youll be able to focus on direct interventions and skill development for your student caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
- Experience providing OT services in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, education-based therapy, and collaborative service delivery models
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, educators, and families
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to diverse student needs and grade levels
Position Details and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to the 3:1 model
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting (no case management required)
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
