Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota (required)
• Recent experience in school-based settings, healthcare, or home health preferred
• Ability to support students with a variety of disabilities, including behavioral challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently, as this position does not offer clinical supervision

What You'll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support functional student participation in school routines
• Maintain clear, timely documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and monitor student progress
• Serve multiple school locations as needed
