Job Description

Providing specialized support to K-12 students in an educational setting, this role requires a licensed Occupational Therapist skilled in assessing and addressing student needs to promote functional independence and academic success. The position is based in Easton, PA, and serves students across all grade levels throughout the school year under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine students occupational therapy needs within the school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to support educational goals
  • Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP development as required

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and education teams
  • Commitment to supporting student growth and adaptation within the school environment

Position Details:

  • Location: Easton, PA
  • Schedule: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Contract for the current school year (CSY)
  • Caseload includes a diverse group of students requiring individualized occupational therapy services
