Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois OT license
- Previous experience in schools, home health, healthcare facilities, and/or teletherapy
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week, 5 days)
- Capable of managing a K-12 caseload (details on student numbers and caseload available during the interview process)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and virtual OT services to students across K-12 age groups
- Assess and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in professional meetings and ongoing development
