To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Current and active Massachusetts OT license
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative spirit
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations for K-8 students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Providing direct therapy services and documenting progress
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student achievement
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise in multidisciplinary teams
