Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly preferred

- Ability to design and implement individualized interventions

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students needs related to fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Develop, implement, and review individualized therapy plans in partnership with IEP teams and educators
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and small-group settings
- Document student progress and adapt therapy techniques based on changing needs
- Engage with families and teachers to equip them with strategies that reinforce therapy goals beyond the classroom
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
