Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students needs related to fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Develop, implement, and review individualized therapy plans in partnership with IEP teams and educators
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and small-group settings
• Document student progress and adapt therapy techniques based on changing needs
• Engage with families and teachers to equip them with strategies that reinforce therapy goals beyond the classroom
