Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Familiarity with school-based therapy, including IEP participation and progress reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in diverse school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high schools
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Provide resources and strategies to support students participation in classroom activities
- Consult with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
