Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure to practice occupational therapy
  • Professional experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal-setting in educational contexts
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Dedication to cultural competence and diversity in practice

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans to address sensory, fine motor, and functional needs
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and provide input for individualized goals
  • Deliver targeted interventionsboth individual and group-basedthat support classroom participation
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes compliant with regulatory and district standards
  • Engage with parents, caregivers, and staff to share strategies and resources for ongoing support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
