Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid OT license for the state of Michigan
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and tailored therapy interventions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students with cognitive impairments
• Flexibility and willingness to work onsite and collaborate with staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a manageable K12 caseload, primarily supporting students with cognitive impairments
• Assess students abilities and design individualized interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow OTs to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt therapy techniques as needed while ensuring compliance with educational standards
