Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
  • Experience or strong interest in providing OT services within school settings (K-12)
  • Ability to collaborate with school teams and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads across multiple sites
  • Reliable transportation for district-wide travel

What Youll Do:

  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to students on your caseload
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with educators and families
  • Support students participation and success within classroom routines and school environments
  • Document progress and maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team assessments
  • Travel between four assigned school sites, building relationships at each location
