Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Texas
- Previous experience in school-based therapy settings required
- Proficiency in ESPED (IEP System)
- Confidence in conducting evaluations and providing supervision
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 37.5 hours per week, following the school calendar
- Provide services district-wide in a smaller school district
- Supervise and collaborate with 2-3 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete evaluations and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Submit weekly time logs to the Director for approvals
