Key Qualifications:
- Active occupational therapy license in Illinois
- Prior experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes; comfortable utilizing digital education platforms
- Ability to work across multiple locations as part of an itinerant role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous teletherapy experience a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students Pre-K through high school
- Assess and document student progress; contribute to IEP meetings and planning
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and district professionals
- Travel between assigned schools, providing services both onsite and virtually as needed
- Adhere to program guidelines and participate in ongoing training opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with administrative requirements
