Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Illinois occupational therapy license
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and consultative OT services in accordance with each students IEP
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Adapt materials and modify environments to ensure accessibility and successful participation in school routines
• Provide staff in-service training and support as needed
