Ideal Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
• Experience or training in school-based OT practices
• Teletherapy skills or willingness to learn remote delivery methods
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
• Adaptability to different age groups and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies for students in need of OT services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to implement IEPs
• Deliver therapy through direct onsite services or teletherapy platforms, based on assignment
• Maintain clear documentation on progress and compliance with district and state guidelines
