Qualifications/Experience:

• Active occupational therapy license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare OT preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, student assessments, and documentation standards
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in diverse educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT services across school and home health settings, as well as via teletherapy
• Work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to facilitate student success
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
