Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school environment preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver occupational therapy services that support student goals in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide consultative support and recommendations to classroom staff
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training initiatives
