This role covers the full school year, with a start date as soon as possible and an end date in June. Youll be scheduled for 16 hours per week across two days, providing services across elementary schools to students with varying disabilities, thanks to a flexible workload modelno rigid caseload numbers. What Youll Bring:

  • Current Colorado state OT license (DORA license not mandatory)
  • Experience or interest in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse range of student needs and work flexibly
  • Dedication to supporting optimal student outcomes in an educational setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the functional needs of elementary students with various disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help students achieve academic and daily living success
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress regularly and participate in team meetings as required
  • Support student engagement and learning through evidence-based interventions
