Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (required)
- Preferred experience in schools or pediatric settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on-site with K12 students
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs in the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to facilitate the best outcomes for each student
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
