Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (OT MI)
• Proven experience in school-based OT, healthcare, home health, and/or teletherapy settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to student-centered, developmentally appropriate therapy approaches
• Adaptability to a flexible schedule, providing services 23 days per week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted resource for students in kindergarten through fifth grade, delivering tailored therapy interventions to support student success in school activities and daily living
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective outcomes
• Collaborate actively with teachers, special education teams, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare standards
• Utilize a mix of in-person and virtual platforms to meet diverse student needs
