Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active OT licensure in Michigan (OT MI required)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or home health settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based practice

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting occupational therapy assessments and designing tailored intervention plans
• Delivering services directly and via teletherapy to students in K5
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with local guidelines
• Educating staff and families on strategies and adaptive techniques
