Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in students lives by providing Occupational Therapy services in an educational environment near De Pere, WI. This is a full-time, onsite contract assignment spanning the 2026-2027 school year. As an Occupational Therapist, youll have the unique opportunity to support K-12 students in achieving their developmental and academic goals, working collaboratively with educators and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized plans and adapt to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students according to IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations to assess students functional needs in the school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective interventions
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt activities and environments to promote student access and participation in the school curriculum
  • Serve as a resource for staff on occupational therapy interventions and accommodations
