Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license (mandatory)

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads across different school divisions (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in classroom and resource settings
- Assess students needs and develop individualized plans based on educational and functional goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support teams to maximize student success
- Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary planning process
- Educate staff and families about strategies to integrate therapeutic techniques into daily routines
