Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred; background in home health or general healthcare settings is a plus
• Understanding of IEP process and case management for a school caseload
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Comfortable managing various age groups in an educational context

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and virtual OT services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Partner with educators and parents to promote student independence and success
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend team meetings and case consultations as required
• Participate in onboarding and relevant training initiatives
