Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
  • Background in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ready and available for on-site work in the greater Crystal Lake area

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals to deliver comprehensive support
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district regulations, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer evidence-based therapy services to help students maximize their educational participation and independence
  • Adapt interventions to accommodate diverse student populations and learning settings
