A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available in a K12 school setting in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This on-site contract position provides a flexible caseload designed to match both your expertise and the districts needs. The role involves supporting student development through individualized therapeutic services in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and school policies

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric occupational therapy preferred

• Ability to work on-site full-time in Crystal Lake, IL
