Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, providing vital support to K-12 students across a dynamic educational environment. Located onsite near Crowley, TX, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact throughout the 8/3/26 6/4/27 school year. The caseload consists of approximately 4560 students, varying by service needs and spanning all grade levels.

Your expertise will empower students to achieve greater independence and access their education. As a valued team member, youll collaborate closely with educators and families, designing individualized interventions and participating in IEP processes to help students overcome barriers and thrive.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) with active registration through the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Confident in conducting evaluations, writing reports, and implementing school-based OT interventions
• Positive, adaptable, and committed to supporting diverse learner needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services for students K-12 according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and provide detailed documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive support
• Educate staff and families on strategies to foster functional independence
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
