Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students functional strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate school personnel on methods and equipment to support students access and participation
  • Provide direct therapy services, group instruction, and consultation as appropriate
