Key Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist License required
• Previous experience with school-based OT services strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP documentation and case management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with a diverse K-12 caseload
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT evaluation and therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students academic participation and independence
• Regularly collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to deliver holistic care
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student planning and progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Adapt strategies and materials to meet each students unique needs, ensuring inclusion and success
