Key Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist License required
- Previous experience with school-based OT services strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and case management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with a diverse K-12 caseload
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT evaluation and therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students academic participation and independence
- Regularly collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to deliver holistic care
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student planning and progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt strategies and materials to meet each students unique needs, ensuring inclusion and success
