Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado, plus CDE certification
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and other therapists
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for a range of ages and abilities
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple nearby school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and evaluations directly to students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students participation in academic and daily activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and state requirements
  • Consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and facilitate student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or strategies that support student success
  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with the in-house OT team for support and professional development
