• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student support
