Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills when working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
• Collaborative spirit and passion for empowering young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across a variety of grade levels
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain up-to-date records, report on progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families as needed
