Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Holds a valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado (CO OT License)
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student goals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff
  • Document sessions, progress notes, and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding strategies for classroom and home environments
  • Travel between schools within the district as needed
